Jan Altink (21 October 1885, Groningen, Netherlands – 6 December 1971, Den Haag) was a Dutch expressionist painter. Altink was a cofounder of the artists' association and movement De Ploeg ("The Plough" or "The Plow", founded 1918), which he named in reference to breaking new ground. Auction house Christie's described him as being "widely regarded as the purest 'Groninger' of all Ploeg artists".
