William T. "Bill" Still (born January 20, 1948) is an American documentary film producer and author of several non - fiction books. He is the creator, producer, and narrator of the documentary films The Money Masters and The Secret of Oz, which focus on the United States monetary system.

The Secret of Oz won the Best Documentary Award at the 2010 Beloit International Film Festival.

Still was seeking to be the Libertarian Party candidate in the 2012 presidential election.

Still resides in Ashburn, Virginia.
